You can return your order to us within 14 days to get a refund or credit. You must arrange and pay for the return yourself and the products must be unused, in perfect condition, and in perfect resale condition.
If a shipment is rejected by the recipient, not collected or returned due to failed delivery, the parcel may automatically return to byACRE. In such cases re-shipment costs are payable by the retailer, original dropship fees remain non-refundable, and additional return handling costs may apply.
If returned products show signs of use, damage, are missing items, screws or packaging, or in any way have reduced resale value, byACRE reserves the right to deduct depreciation costs from the refund amount.
Packaging
The product has to be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase you will receive a full refund within 14 days of the products being returned to us. The purchase amount will be refunded with the same payment method as the one you used during your purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
