Shipping policy

At 26 Apothecary, we want your order to reach you as smoothly and predictably as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about processing times, shipping rates, restrictions, and tracking.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a notification as soon as your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Free shipping on all orders of $49.99 or more.
  • Orders of $49.98 or less incur a flat $4.99 shipping fee.
  • Orders of $49.98 or less will show the applicable shipping charge calculated at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days.
  • All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Madison, GA.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the Continental United States only. If your location isn't listed at checkout, please contact us for assistance.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Delta 8 and Delta 9 products (GreenRoads CBD Products): Due to state-level legal restrictions, we are unable to sell or ship Delta 8 or Delta 9 products to customers in California or Oregon. These items will be automatically restricted from checkout for orders shipping to these states.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be provided by email once your order ships.
  • Use this number to monitor your shipment's progress from our fulfillment center to your door.

5. International Shipping

  • At this time, we ship within the Continental United States only. For questions about international orders, please reach out to our team directly.

6. Holidays & High-Volume Periods

Shipping and processing times may be extended during high-volume sale periods and holiday seasons. Our carriers do not ship on the following holidays, regardless of the shipping method selected:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day
  • New Year's Eve
