Q1: How do I apply the shower seal correctly?
A: Roll the opening of the cover down several times to create a tight seal around the limb above the dressing or cast. Ensure no gaps are visible and the seal feels snug against the skin before entering water. Test the seal by briefly checking for water entry at the application site.

Q2: Can I use this in a bath as well as a shower?
A: The shower seal is designed for brief water exposure during showering. Submerging the limb in a bath for extended periods may compromise the seal and allow water entry. Immersion should be avoided unless your provider has cleared this.

Q3: What should I do if water gets inside despite using the cover?
A: Remove the cover immediately and assess the dressing or wound site. If the dressing is wet, contact your provider's office to determine whether redressing is required. Do not leave a wet wound dressing in place, as this significantly increases infection risk.

Q4: Is this product reusable?
A: Yes. The shower seal is designed for repeated use. Inspect the material before each use for tears, thinning, or compromised areas that would reduce its waterproofing effectiveness. Replace if the seal no longer maintains a watertight fit.
